Brush365 Dental is a leading dental group based out of Frisco, a suburb of Dallas, TX. With three beautifully decorated branches spread across the DFW metro, Brush365 offers exceptional customer patient experience using state-of-the-art medical technology, setting the standard for quality care, innovation, and patient-centric services. 

The Challenge

Brush365 Dental needed to expand its presence in a highly competitive dental market in Texas while staying true to its core values of integrity, compassion, and patient-centric care. They were seeking innovative strategies to acquire new patients and increase their visibility across digital platforms to reach a wider audience of potential patients. They also wanted to make sure that their message of ethical care and empathy is reflected throughout their marketing campaigns to develop patient trust.
Brush365 previously had two different IT companies deliver their website and handle their SEO in the last three years with little to no success. Their website still had many errors and it was unable to attract any organic traffic or local SEO ranking.  

The Solution

Phase 1: New Website for Brush 365
MediVerticals was tasked to create a new website for Brush365 in November of 2023. The project span was agreed to be 8 weeks, with a slight hiccup, the final website was delivered in 9 weeks. MediVerticals used various skill sets to complete the website. Team members included an Account Manager, Web Developers, UI/UX engineers, Creative Designer, Content Writers, and Quality Assurance engineers. 


Phase 2: Search Engine Optimization
We started with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for Brush365 on July 1, 2024.
The process started with on-page SEO that includes competition research, keyword research, keyword mapping (to the pages); SE Meta changes, website content changes, and much more. We started to publish keywords cluster, patient-centric, and educational content on Brush365 in addition to local page development to focus on targeting patients in nearby cities. MediVerticals also published many guest blogs to engage off-site internet users who could be interested in the highest quality of dental services in the DFW area.
